By using the Skytree Property Management website, resident portal, inquiry forms, or communication channels, you agree to the terms governing access to our long-term rental, leasing, resident, and property management services.

The public website is informational in nature. Resident access remains invite-only after a signed lease, and operational tools are provided for convenience without replacing the governing lease, management agreement, or any separate legal contract between the parties.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Skytree Property Management. These messages may include showing coordination, leasing follow-up, maintenance updates, resident notifications, payment reminders, account alerts, and separately consented promotional communications.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and account status. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or tenancy application where prohibited by law.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Skytree Property Management may update these terms from time to time by publishing revised terms on this page.
