Skytree Property Management collects only the information needed to respond to owner and renter inquiries, manage resident accounts, coordinate maintenance, process payments, and deliver requested communications. This may include contact details, property inquiry information, lease-related records, maintenance details, and communication preferences.
We use Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure for website delivery and application runtime, RentEngine for leasing workflows, Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, and Twilio for SMS delivery. These providers process data only as needed to support the services we provide.
If you opt in to SMS communications, we may send operational messages such as showing coordination, application follow-up, resident notifications, maintenance updates, account reminders, and other service-related messages. Promotional SMS messages are sent only where separate consent is collected. Message frequency varies based on your relationship with Skytree Property Management.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with messaging providers and vendors acting on our behalf to deliver those communications.
You can opt out of non-essential SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. You can request help by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan.
