Skytree Property Management collects only the data needed to manage owner inquiries, resident operations, leasing workflows, and account notifications. Operational communications are handled separately from promotional opt-ins, and data tied to payments, leasing, or maintenance is processed according to the needs of the service being provided.

The platform uses Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure, RentEngine for leasing workflows, Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, and Twilio for SMS delivery. Residents can manage communication preferences inside the resident portal, and administrative access is restricted through Cloudflare Access.
